Aiden Van Rensum of Oklahoma City and Brian Ereu of Science & Arts have been named this week's Sooner Athletic Conference Netting Pros Baseball Player of the Week awards for their efforts over the past week, as announced by the conference office Monday morning.

Van Rensum was a key to the Stars going 3-1 last week as he was 7-of 13 at the plate for a batting average of .538. Van Rensum had four extra-base hits, which included two doubles, a triple, and a home run while driving in nine runs and scoring four runs himself. In a win over No. 12 Oklahoma Wesleyan, Van Rensum hit for the cycle and drove in five runs. Van Rensum had a 1.077 slugging percentage and a .625 on-base percentage for the week.

Ereu tossed a complete game four-hitter in the Drovers 18-0 victory over Southwestern Christian, as he had nine strikeouts and surrendered only one free pass in the outing. Ereu finished his day with a WHIP of .71 and 11.57 strikeouts per seven innings in the contest with the shutout.
