OKLAHOMA CITY – Garrett Parker of Oklahoma City University shared Sooner Athletic Conference pitcher of the week honors.

Parker, a senior right-hander from Duncanville, Texas, tossed four innings of one-hit ball with six strikeouts in a win at Oklahoma Wesleyan. OCU moved its scheduled home baseball opener against Southwestern Oklahoma State to noon Tuesday at Putnam City High School.

The Stars, ranked third in the NAIA, split a doubleheader with Peru State (Neb.) on Sunday at Pirate Field, located at 5300 NW 50th Street in Oklahoma City.
