Ashley Mise capped a dramatic rally with the game-winning goal in the Oklahoma City University women?s soccer team?s 2-1 victory over Southwestern on Tuesday night.
Mise, a senior from Putnam City North, scored unassisted with 1:48 left in the game. Southwestern scored the game's first goal with 18 minutes remaining in the game, but OCU?s
Jennifer Crawford tied the game with 5:30 left.
Zoe Barratt registered the assist on Crawford?s goal.
The Stars improved to 3-0-1 on the season.
The game remained scoreless through 72 minutes of play. OCU goalkeeper
Megan Griffin did her part by having eight saves, seven in the first half.
Each team put 17 shots on goal in the game.
