OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City volleyball is back in action this weekend with a pair of road matches.

The Stars visit Oklahoma Panhandle State at 6 p.m. on Friday and Wayland Baptist at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

OCU is 11-2 overall and 5-2 in the SAC after a tough 3-1 loss to Texas Wesleyan on Saturday.

Kacie Townsend leads OCU with a 3.36 kills-per-set average and
Amber Jones is getting 2.83 kills per set.
Rylie Steward averages 7.7 assists and
Natalie Adams is at 7.34.
Kate Cleofe leads the team with 22 aces.

Defensively, Cleofe leads with 3.58 digs per set. Jones and
Maddie Edwards average 0.56 and 0.5 blocks per set, respectively.

OPSU and WBU square off on Tuesday night.

The Aggies are 2-7 overall and 2-4 in the SAC after losing 3-1 at John Brown on Saturday. OCU and Panhandle split the series last season. Jordan Carpenter leads the Aggies at 2.75 kills per set.

Wayland Baptist and OCU also split the series last year. The Pioneers are 8-6 overall and 4-2 in the SAC after a 3-2 loss at Ozarks on Saturday. Deniz Yeleri averages a team-best 3.41 kill per set.
