DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Oklahoma City won its third consecutive NCA National Championship this weekend by more than a point.
 
After a preliminary round of 84.23, the Stars scored an 86.74 in the finals to win the Advanced Small Coed Division.
 
"I'm so proud to bring home our third championship in a row!" said OCU Head Coach Alicia Bailey. "Each and every athlete left everything they have on the mat, and they delivered with the best performance of the year when it mattered most! There's nothing like seeing all the hard work from the whole season pay off in the end!"
 
OCU's breakdown was 10.9 in stunts, 13 in pyramids, 9.7 in tosses, 8.4 in standing tumbling, 8.7 in running tumbling, 8.9 in jumps, 10 in collegiate image, 8.8 in choreography and 9.43 in overall effect.
 
On the floor for OCU were Scotlyn Banfield, Khloe Bishop, Matthew Carmen, Katherine England, Elyce Enright, Brenden Harris, Kaytley Huntsman, Kaileigh Knight, Aaliyah Lewis, Teagen Lindgren, Jaycee Martinez, Lexi Morgan, Cali-Kae Peters, Tanner Sisco, Bailey Harris, Karamya Whitten, Jasmyn Smith, Rowdy Tucker (prelims) and Tanner Woods (finals). Alternates were Landree Baker, Kammi Maley, Valerie Lima and Jentrie Madory.
