Â
After the event, OCU recognized seniors
Makayla Messaris and
Madison Dennis.
Â
"I can't believe our regular season has come to an end," said OCU Head Coach
Tasha Hinex. "I felt like we left on a good note and the team really felt comfortable with being at home. I don't want to say that it felt like a practice, but to them, it probably felt like a regular practice, only more people were invited to cheer them on. All the teams at the event did so well and I couldn't be happier with our placements and small adjustments to get us where we are today."
Â
Next up for OCU is the American Midwest Conference Championships in Columbia, Missouri, next weekend.
