SALINA, Kan. – Oklahoma City won its second consecutive dance competition, finishing ahead of eight other teams at the Coyote Classic on Friday.

The Stars won with a score of 92.9, edging Baker at 90.4 Concordia was third and host Kansas Wesleyan was fourth at 86.1.

"I honestly didn't know how this competition was going to go with is being out from the snow all week," said OCU Head Coach
Tasha Hinex. "Fortunately, we were able to come together and pull it off. I'm proud of them for working to improve from one competition to the next. Now it's time to switch gears for the next one!"

Bethel, which finished fifth at 84.72, hosts the Stars in the Thresher Open next Saturday.
