KANSAS CITY, Mo.- Oklahoma City's John Wiley was recognized as the NAIA Men's Wrestler of the Week following his 5-0 outing at the NWCA National Duals last weekend, with four of his wins coming over ranked opponents. 

The 165-pounder posted three wins by fall, including victories over No. 4 Antwaun Burns (2:36) and No. 20 Brayden Forman (2:16). He recorded a win by major decision over No. 13 Avant Stepherson (12-0), and battled to a win by decision against No. 10 Malachia Harris (5-3). 

No. 6 Oklahoma City took seventh at the NWCA Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa, concluding the event with a 3-2 mark. They defeated No. 14 Central Methodist (Mo.) 34-6, No. 7 Campbellsville (Ky.) 27-15, and lastly, trumped Cumberlands (Ky.) 29-11 in the seventh-place match.
