Oklahoma City – John Wiley of Oklahoma City has been named the Sooner Athletic Conference Digital Scoreboards Men's Wrestler of the Week for his efforts over the past week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday morning.
 
Wiley went 5-0 in the 165 lb. weight class at the NWCA Nationals, which included wins over four ranked opponents. Wiley had three wins by pinfall, including wins against No. 4 and No. 20 in the country, and a major decision over the 13^th-ranked wrestler in the country. Wiley's efforts helped the Stars to a seventh-place finish in the national event.
