YUKON, Okla. – Oklahoma City University opens play in the Sooner Athletic Conference softball tournament at 11 a.m. Friday at Yukon High School.  

The SAC Tournament contests originally set for Thursday at Ann Lacy Stadium were moved to Friday at Yukon High School due to the inclement weather in the area. 

At Yukon High School, the Stars, ranked fifth in the NAIA, meet Texas Wesleyan at 11 a.m. Friday. Panhandle State faces Southwestern Christian at 1 p.m., followed by an elimination game 3 p.m. Friday. The winning teams square off 5 p.m. Friday at Yukon High School. 

The tournament games hosted by OCU are expected to return to Ann Lacy Stadium on Saturday.
