SHAWNEE, Okla. – Oklahoma City University opens the 2021-22 STUNT season with games against Oklahoma Baptist and Southern Arkansas on Tuesday night.
The Stars meet Oklahoma Baptist at 7 p.m. Tuesday, then taken on Southern Arkansas at 8 p.m. Tuesday inside the Noble Complex.
OCU returns four all-Americans from last year's national runner-up team.
Olivia Williams became a first-team all-American, while
Brianna Cox took second-team honors.
Alexys Anderson and
Morgan Tschoepe made the honorable-mention all-American list. The Stars went 6-5 last season, falling short in the NAIA STUNT Nationals championship game 12-9 to Vanguard (Calif.) on April 24 in St. Louis.
Oklahoma Baptist finished runner-up in the NCAA Division II STUNT Nationals.

Karly Judkins, who owns a 13-9 career mark in her third season. "We're excited to get onto the mat."
Oklahoma City's first nine contests are scheduled to be at OBU's Noble Complex. The Stars return to Shawnee, Okla., for STUNT competitions Feb. 25-27. The Stars host a set of games March 18-20 at Abe Lemons Arena.
STUNT is a head-to-head competition between two teams. STUNT is the fastest growing female sport at the collegiate and high school level.
Teams perform the same routines against the opposing team, and scores are based purely on execution. Each contest features four quarters. The teams showcase different disciplines each quarter – partner stunts in the first quarter, pyramids and tosses in the second period, jumps and tumbling in the third and a team routine in the fourth.
