OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City Track and Field placed two athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Track and Field Teams, the organization announced on Tuesday.
 
Erika Pena and Ayenew Devany made the women's and men's teams, respectively. Inclusion on the team requires a cumulative 3.50 grade point average or higher, sophomore or higher standing, and a strong performance in the sport.
 
Both athletes earned All-America status in track and field and Devany also won the SAC cross country championship.
