CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Oklahoma City claimed four victories and seven other top-three finishes at the Knecht Cup on Sunday.
 
Lucy Oney had a great day, winning the women's single in 10:11.03 and combining with Michelle Guzman, Alexis Fredrickson and Amelia Castor for first in the women's varsity quad in 8:21.92.
 
Pavle Glisic won the men's single in 9:00 and Santiago Arias was third at 9:36.28.
 
Keaton Knopp, Vojin Kovacevic, Josef Fruehwirth, Nick Burks and coxen Andres Parraga won the men's varsity four petite in 7:43.50.
 
Guzman and Fredrickson were second in the women's varsity pair in 8:22.23.
 
Ayden Ressler and Dominykas Motiejunas were second in the men's double at 7:47.98 with Kovacevic and Steven Gwartney in third at 8:18.70.
 
Ilijah Panic and Ethan Romburgh placed second in the men's varsity pair in 8:14.09, followed by Kovacevic and Fruehwirth in third at 8:22.23.
 
Ressler, Gwartney, Kovacevic and Moteijunas were second in the men's varsity quad in 6:49.73.
 
"I was very happy with the performance of the team across the board," said OCU Head Coach Bryan Volpenhein. "We medaled in nearly every event we entered. The athletes put themselves in positions to win and compete. It was a great step forward in the spring season and now we are looking forward to the Dad Vail and are excited to get to work"
