OKLAHOMA CITY – Sixteen Oklahoma City University rowers compete in eight events this weekend at the Dad Vail Regatta, hosted by Thomas Jefferson University on the Cooper River in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

The Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta is the largest collegiate regatta in the United States, with over 100 colleges and Universities from the U.S. and Canada.

Dominykas Motiejunas claimed a national championship for Oklahoma City University rowing last yea at the Dad Vail Regatta. Ressler and Moteijunas won the men's double, taking the gold medal by covering the 2000 meters in 6:53.143. The pair highlighted a strong showing by the Stars.Â
