OKLAHOMA CITY – Tenth-ranked Oklahoma City opens its women's golf season at Missouri State's Payne Stewart Memorial Monday and Tuesday.

Twin Oaks Country Club in Springfield, Mo., hosts the 54-hole tournament on its par-71, 6126-yard course. Teams play two rounds on Monday and finish up with 18 holes on Tuesday with shotgun starts on both days.

The Field: Battling the Stars next week are Missouri State, Creighton, East Texas A&M, Lindenwood, Memphis, defending champion Omaha, defending junior college champion Odessa, Southern Indiana, Western Illinois and Wichita State.

Returning Golfers
The lone returner who earned All-American honors from last season is seniorÂ

Klaudie Karnikova join Allen in returning for 2025. Allen won the SAC individual title last year and also won the Kyle Blaser Invitational on top of finishing second during the Battle of Winter Creek. Bowers amassed a stroke average of 86.1 for 2025. Karnikova earned a stroke average of 77.1 in nine tournaments. The senior from Prague finished in the Top-15 four different times throughout 2025.Â
New Players
A quartet of incoming golfers will join the team.
Beatriz Pinheiro comes to OCU from Brazil.Â
Paula Ortiz joins Oklahoma City after a decorated and successful high school career; Ortiz won multiple District and Regional titles during her four years as a varsity letter recipient.Â
Gracie Levonitis won the 2A State Championship while playing for the Crusaders of Christian Heritage Academy before signing with OCU.Â
Taylor Tevis rounds out the newcomers for OCU. She is a native of Bixby, Okla., who attended Owasso High School.Â
The Schedule
From Springfield, the team will travel to Iowa to participate in the Northwest Iowa Invitational on Sept. 15. OCU will then play a tournament in Blanchard on Oct. 13 and 14Â after returning from Hobbs, New Mexico, for the Battling for the Desert tournament hosted by Southwest (N.M.) on Sept 29.Â
