BRANSON – Oklahoma City is eighth after the first round of the Ozark National Invitational against a field of NCAA opponents.
 
The Stars fired a first-round 318 (+30).
 
Klaudie Karnikova and Logan Allen tied for fifth in the first round at three-over, 75. Karnikova had birdies on holes two, five and 16.
 
Carrie Bowers had a birdie on the third hole in her first-round 83. Taylor Tevis came in at 85 and Gracie Levonitis at 88 in the first round.
 
Tuesday's second round is schedule for 10 a.m.
