OKLAHOMA CITY – John Brown rallied to hand Oklahoma City its first Sooner Athletic Conference loss of the season on Thursday, 87-78.

The Golden Eagles shot 54 percent from the field in the second half to get the win.

Brian Alexander and
Jonas Carlisle had 19 points each and
Hykeem Hancock sank four three-pointers on his way to a 14-point night off the bench. Alexander had six assists.

Carlisle led the team with seven rebounds.
Beau Tranter contributed four steals.

The Stars return to action Saturday, hosting College of the Ozarks at 4 p.m.
