OKLAHOMA CITY – Seventh-ranked Oklahoma City Put on a dominating show with a 45-4 win over NCAA Division II Ouachita Baptist on Sunday on the Stars' Alumni Day.
 
OCU produced five pin-falls and led 45-0 at one point in front of about 15 OCU men's wrestling alums who made it out for the event.
 
"That's what is just fun about duels," said OCU Head Coach Justin Ensign. "You get the momentum going, and everybody tries to do more. I think we did a much better job, coming out and wrestling hard, building leads and getting falls. We looked really flat last time. I think the guys really did a good job being ready to go, getting points, and not just settling, trying to do more out there. We had a good crowd. It was awesome. To get the alums back, keep them involved, and then put on a show in front of them."


Hayden Wright (133), John Wiley (157), Tate Picklo (174), Bryce Milster (184) and Cole Olguin (197) all got the full six points for the Stars with falls in their matches.
 
Cash Donnell got things started with a technical fall at 125 over Justin Shaw in 2:08 with a 15-0 score.
 
Wright moved to 4-2 on the season with a pin of Michael Brennan in 6:47  at 133.
 
Jace Province at 141 put the Stars ahead 14-0 with a 4-1 to improve to 10-1 overall this season.
 
Kaden Fetterolf got an 8-1 major decision at 149 to keep his record perfect at 7-0.
 
Jordan Lomeli moved to 5-2 this season with the 4-1 decision at 165.
 
Picklo made his Freede Center debut with a pin in 2:29 of junior college All-American Ethan Day at 174 to move to 6-0 on the season.
 
Milster worked over Luke Brooks, getting the pin in 6:19 at 194. Milster is now 3-2.
 
Olguin got the last points for the Stars with a 4:48 pin at 197 to move to 3-2.
 
The Stars, now 2-0 in duals, host Central Baptist at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
