th out of 32 teams in the men's race at Texas A&M's Arturo Barrios Invitational on Friday, finishing ahead of the likes of Baylor.

The Stars ended up with 665 points and an average time of 25:26 on the eight-kilometer course.

Ayenew Devany led the Stars in 88
th place in a time of 24:28.

Hendrick Ramirez placed 168
th at 25:23 with
Riley Randall not far behind in 183
rd at 25:30.
Carson Patten was 203
rd at 25:46 and
Braydon Witthorne finished off the scoring five in 214
th at 25:54.

The meet was the final tune-up before the Stars defend their Sooner Athletic Conference championship on Nov. 8 in Siloam Springs, Ark.
