OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University's third annual Day of Champions happens Wednesday. Last year's event raised almost $100,000, helping enhance the educational and competitive experience for all student-athletes.

Keep up with OCU athletics social media to see videos and challenges from coaches and student-athletes. Donors can also set up matching gift challenges straight from the site to get others involved. More than $80,000 in matching gifts are available in this year's campaign. Contributions can be "doubled" while taking advantage of these matches while they last.
Oklahoma City owns 72 national team championships – the Stars' most recent national titles were their men's indoor track & field crown and softball championship from 2021-22, giving OCU at least one national championship each year for the past 29 years. OCU student-athletes also achieve in the classroom as their 3.267 combined grade-point average in 2021-22 would attest. During the previous year, 53 percent of OCU student-athletes who graduated boasted of graduating with honors.
