Austin Lochmann

Austin Lochmann joins the Oklahoma City University men’s basketball team as an assistant coach.

Most recently, Lochmann coached the Oklahoma Servants 18-and-under AAU basketball team. There he coached two players to all-American status and had four players receive scholarship offers following their senior seasons.

Prior to coaching AAU, Lochmann was the assistant basketball and head tennis and golf coach for Seminole State (Okla.). The basketball team finished the season ranked No. 14 in the NJCAA rankings and peaked at No. 4 in late January.

Lochmann served as assistant coach and video coordinator for NCAA Division I North Texas in 1999-2000.

Lochmann received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in sports and recreational leadership in 1998. He also earned a master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 2001.
