WICHITA, Kan. – Oklahoma City pushed two wrestlers into the NAIA semifinals with a pair of wins on Friday.

Alexis Miller and
Avery Jansing moved through with victories and each will face the No. 3 seeds in the semifinals, which begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Miller, seeded seventh at 103 pounds, pinned Alexandra Evans of Rio Grande in 1:34 and then topped second-seeded Makennah Craft of Campbellsville in 2:09. Miller squares off with Zoey Haney of Indiana Tech in the semifinals.

Jansing scored a technical fall on the mat, 14-2 in 2:16 over Chloe Brewis of Hastings and then decisioned seventh-seeded Eliana Martinez of Grand View, 8-3. Jansing meets Paige Morales of Providence in the semis.

Makayla Munoz pinned No. 7 Maria Slaughter of Missouri Valley in 4:50 in the 160 consolation bracket for OCU's other victory on the day.
