POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. – Oklahoma City rallied from 14 points down to pick up an important road win at College of the Ozarks on Thursday, 81-72.

Alphonse Muteba hauled down 17 rebounds in the game, including seven offensive boards as OCU dominated in second-chance points, 17-2.

The Bobcats had a 31-17 lead with 9:07 left in the first half but the Stars narrowed that margin to 43-40 by halftime.
Jackson Hopps scored seven points and
James Cloud added five in a 13-4 run to cut the lead to 35-30. The Stars got the lead down to a single point twice late in the half but didn't pull even in the opening frame.

Muteba scored with 12:12 to go to give the Stars the lead for good. The OCU lead peaked at 10 points on a basket by
Brian Alexander with 3:28 remaining.

Jonas Carlisle led the Stars with 18 points and Alexander added 17. Hopps finished with 12 points while Muteba ended with a double-double with 11 points to go with his 17 rebounds. Muteba also had four steals.

The Bobcats wasted a 37-point effort by Garrett Snyder.

The Stars enter the final game of the regular season tied with Wayland Baptist in third place. OCU needs a win at John Brown on Saturday (4 p.m.) and a Mid-America Christian victory at Wayland Baptist to finish with the third seed outright.
