DOANE, Neb. – Oklahoma City dropped a pair of games at Doane on Sunday, falling 5-4 and 6-1.

OCU scored first on a two-run home run by
Trent Baker in the second and the Stars gained a 3-1 lead in the fourth on an RBI double by
Jack Johnson.

Doane took its first lead with a three-run fifth inning.

The Stars narrowed that lead to 5-4 in the top of the sixth on an RBI single by
Brittain Brewer but left the potential tying run at third base.

Bauer Brittain (1-1) suffered the pitching loss and
Spencer Biggerstaff pitched a spotless inning of relief.

Baker had two hits to lead the nine-hit OCU attack.
