FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma City had one automatic and two provisional qualifying marks Friday at the University of Arkansas Invite.
Demarion Dean made the automatic standard in the men's 600 meters at 1:18.98 with
Alexander Daly getting the B standard at 1:20.49. Dean placed seventh and Daly was 11
th.
Florencia Cabrera met the provisional standard in the women's 1000 meters, placing second in 2:57.33.
Isaiah Smith placed eighth in the high jump, clearing six feet, 2.75 inches (1.9 meters).
The Stars return to action on Saturday, Jan. 24, at Pittsburg State's NAIA/JuCo Challenge.
