OKLAHOMA CITY – Second-ranked Oklahoma City gets back to the links on Monday and Tuesday, competing at the Innisbrook Invitational in Palm Harbor, Fla.

Representing the Stars: Oklahoma City's team includes
Philipp Perzl,
Simon Jansson,
Carter Ray,
Cameron Bozyk and
Christian Yanovitch. Ray led the team as the No. 7 golfer two weeks ago at the Northwest Iowa Invitational. Perzl and Jansson both finished in the top seven at the UC Ferguson Invitational.

The Field: Joining the second-ranked Stars are 11 NAIA Top 25 teams and two others that received votes in the preseason poll (Faulkner and Tennessee Wesleyan). The field includes No. 3 Keiser, No. 4 host Dalton State, No. 6 Wayland Baptist, No. 7 Ottawa-Arizona, No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan, No. 15 William Carey, No. 16, Coastal Georgia, No. 18 Southeastern, No. 20 Reinhardt, No. 21 Point and No. 22 Campbellsville. Also in the mix are SCAD-Atlanta, Ave Maria, Blue Mountain Christian, Central Alabama Community College, St. Thomas and Webber International.

The Course: Innisbrook Golf Resort is home to the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship.The Par 71, 7209-yard Copperhead Course is a favorite among the world's finest golf professionals — including the Snake Pit, where tournaments are won and lost. Pine tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain define this course that ideally blends beauty and challenge. Spot wildlife while trying to avoid the lake and pond water hazards. It's a lengthy challenge for even the longest hitters at more than 7,200 yards. It's a must-play course at Innisbrook.

Last Tournament Oklahoma City finished third at the Northwest Iowa Invitational on Tuesday. The Stars finished at 18 under par with rounds of 283, 277 and 274.
Carter Ray finished seventh at seven under.
Christian Yanovitch was ninth at six under par with rounds of 72-68-67.
Lorenzo Santinelli was 28
th at even par after rounds of 72, 70 and 71.
Philipp Perzl went 71-74-69 for the tournament and tiedÂ
Simon Jansson for 32
nd place at one over par. Jansson went 70-70-74.
Jack Newton, as an individual entrant, had rounds of 72, 73 and 76.
