OCU Rowing Starts IRA Nationals on Friday

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City wraps up its rowing season this weekend with five athletes at the International Rowing Association National Championships in Pennsauken, N.J.
 
OCU's crew of Caitlyn Koekemoer (coxswain), Keaton Knopp (stroke), Ethan Romburgh (3 seat), Pavle Glisic (2 seat) and Vojin Kovacevic (bow seat) start the weekend with Friday morning time trials. That will determine which semifinals the Stars will be in on Friday afternoon.
 
The Stars compete in the Division I Heavyweight group that includes the Ivy League and NCAA Division I schools. The Stars placed second behind Wisconsin in its final last season in 6:46.048.
