Marco Alongi cashed in two goals helping send OCU to the semifinals on Saturday.

How it Happened
Oklahoma City outshot the Eagles in the first half 6-3 with the SCU keeper having to make two saves in the first 11 minutes on shots from
Marco Alongi and
Jordan Da Costa. After neither team could find in the first half, Oklahoma City broke through putting the Stars on the board for the first time in the 51st minute. Alongi capitalized on his first one by adding a second one 18 minutes later as
David Imbert provided the assist. With a free kick opportunity and 13 minutes to go,
Jordan Da Costa put the match to sleep with a beautiful send into the right corner closing it out 3-0.

- Oklahoma City sees its home field record remain perfect as Oklahoma City picks up its 12th win of the year.
- Marco Alongi cashed his 14th and 15th goals of the season which ranks second in the conference Mathis Guffroy from Texas Wesleyan. Alongi notched his fourth multi-goal game last doing so on Sept. 17 in the 2-1 win over Central Baptist.
- David Imbert dished out an assist for the third time in the last four matches bringing his season total to 11 which stands as second most in the conference behind Mathis Guffroy from Texas Wesleyan teammate Thomas Brulay sits third overall.
- Jordan Da Costa scored his second goal of the season and the first time since Sept. 3 against Randall.
- Oklahoma City takes down Southwestern Christian for the second time this season after beating the Eagles 2-1 back on Sept. 28.
- OCU advances to the Sooner Athletic Conference semifinal round for the second straight year and only the third time in the last nine years.

Oklahoma City will head back to Siloam Springs after being there a week ago to take on John Brown on Saturday night at 7:00 PM with a trip to the conference title on the line.
