STARS OUTLOOK
Oklahoma City comes off a 1-1 weekend out west as the Stars swept Oklahoma Panhandle State on Friday night before falling in five sets to Wayland Baptist on Saturday. OCU swept the season-series against Panhandle afterÂ
Ruby Kelley came up one dig shy of a double-double after posting 15 kills and nine digs on Friday night. Kelley's 15 kills was her most in a three-set match all season long while also having three blocks and two aces. Kelley continued her strong play on Saturday by putting together a team-high 22 kills which set a new a season-high for the Stars senior as Kelley notched her seventh double-double of the season as she tallied 16 digs with two aces as the weekend performance from Kelley earned the Sooner Athletic Conference Attacker of the Week award. The win on Friday brought Oklahoma City to .500 for the first time this season before dropping to 10-11 overall after the defeat on Saturday. OCU sits tied for fourth in the conference with Mid-America Christian who the Stars will visit on Friday, Nov. 1. Nelson and Texas Wesleyan sit at the top of the SAC standings who is also still left on the Stars schedule as the final two matches of the season.Â

SCOUTING THE EAGLES...
- Southwestern Christian enters Tuesday's contest 3-17 overall with a 1-14 record in conference play.
- The Eagles come in on a nine game losing streak with eight of the nine losses coming in three sets.Â
- Their last win came on Sept. 20 in five sets over Langston while the other two victories came in the non-conference over Harris-Stowe and Texas College.Â
- Paige McGee leads the Eagles with 140 kills seeing her season-high of 16 come against Harris-Stowe back on Aug. 24.
