FORT WORTH, Texas - The Oklahoma City women's soccer team came one minute away from capturing its second conference victory before a late Rams goal finalized Tuesday's match to a 1-1 draw.

How it happened
Both teams were able to get off one shot on-goal each in the first half however the two defenses held steady sending the contest into the break with no score. Four minutes into the second half
Reese Roberts was gifted a pass from
Chloi Thurman inside the box for Roberts to nail the first goal of the night and put the Stars in front 1-0. Into the 88th minute with OCU holding the lead, Texas Wesleyan sent a corner kick perfectly placed into the box just yards from goal as Bailey Clark sent the ball into the net to tie things up. Neither team attempted another shot over the next two minutes as Tuesday's match resulted in a 1-1 draw.
Notes on the Game
- Oklahoma City tied for its least amount of shots on-goal with two while also taking its second-lowest amout of shots with 6.
- OCU tallied five corner kicks while Texas Wesleyan attempted just one which led to the game-tying goal.
- Reese Roberts scored her third goal of the season and first since scoring against Sterling on on Sept. 7. Roberts attempted a game-high three shots with two on-goal.
- Junior Chloi Thurman provided her first assist of the season and first of her Oklahoma City career.
- Gemma Harvey tied a season-high five saves which she set back on Sept. 9 against Oklahoma Christian.
