How it Happened
Tuesday's contest began with Texas Wesleyan sinking the first goal just a couple of seconds into the match as Luis Gallegos launched one from deep to give the Rams a quick lead. A few minutes later Oklahoma City knotted things up after
Thomas Brulay caught one off the cross bar going on to send it home. Halfway through the first half
Jordan Da Costa lined up a free kick sending it inside the box and off the head of
Marco Alongi into the net to take the lead 2-1. OCU gave themselves a bit of insurance in the 77th minute of play as the ball got loose near the goal and right to the foot of
Shay Prescod who sent it to the back of the net supplying the dagger and giving Oklahoma City a 3-1 advantage.
