OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City University makes three shutouts in a row with a 2-0 victory over Central Christian on Tuesday at Brian Harvey Field. OCU improves to 8-1-2, 3-0 on the season. The three shutouts in a row by the Stars is a nod to the depth of the team with freshman and seniors contributing to this dominant win streak. 
 
Mille Templeman scored the first goal for the Stars in the 16th minute on an assist by McLain Moss. The assist by McLain Moss would be her third on the season and first of two for the game.

The Stars' second score came in the 61st minute on another assist from McLain Moss.  The goal came from Stars' senior and points leader, Madi Caputo. She has a total of four goals now on the season. Saizlee Carlton also contributed with three shots on goal for the night. Gisselle Estrada had two shots as well. 
 
The Stars held Central Christian shotless for most of the match, as the Tigers only mustered three shots all game. Irene Gonzalez finished the game with two saves. On the other hand, the Stars had a total of 12 shots alone in the first period and 20 total shots with 13 shots on goal. Central Christian goalkeeper finished with 11 saves.
 
OCU's next game will be Saturday at 2 p.m. against Wayland Baptist at Brian Harvey Field.
