KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Oklahoma City University's Christie Betker, Kennedy Jackson and Baileigh Loux collected NAIA softball all-American acclaim.

Betker reeled in three SAC pitcher of the week nods and NAIA hurler of the week for April 5-11. Betker opened the season 22-0 with a 26-0 mark from Feb. 22, 2020 until the SAC Tournament championship game May 8. Betker took her second all-SAC honor.
Jackson, a senior from Moore, Okla., garnered her third NAIA all-American nod and second first-team honor. She is a four-time first-team all-SAC, three-time all-region performer and 2021 SAC player of the year. Jackson ranked sixth in the NAIA with 40 stolen bases.

OCU (44-6) held the second spot in the NAIA rankings and took the SAC regular-season championship by four games with a 31-1 SAC record. The Stars own five of the last six SAC regular-season crowns. OCU reeled off a 28-game winning streak and a 25-game win streak at Ann Lacy Stadium. The Stars ranked among the top 10 nationally in batting average (second at .368), ERA (third, 1.27), opponents' batting average (sixth, .196) and stolen bases (seventh, 111).
