LUBBOCK, Texas - Lone Star Conference powerhouse Lubbock Christian defeated Oklahoma City University 93-48 in an exhibition match-up for the Stars on Monday night at the Rip Griffin Center on the LCU campus.
The game counts in the standings for LCU, which improved to 8-0 with the win. The Chaps are ranked No. 1 in the most recent National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II poll.

Dadrian Hoambrecker finished with a team-high eight points and junior guard
Eric Amandio recorded a team-high eight rebounds for the Stars. Sophomore guard Rowan Mackenzie and senior guard Lloyd Daniels led the Chap offense by scoring 20 points apiece.
OCU (4-6, 3-1 SAC) returns to action on Wednesday night with a home conference game against John Brown (Ark.). Tip-off is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. at Abe Lemons Arena.
