Stars fall to Texas Wesleyan 3-0

OCU falls to 5-6, 0-3 on season

OKLAHOMA CITY – Texas Wesleyan defeated Oklahoma City University 3-0 Tuesday at Brian Harvey Field. Guilherme Grave, a junior from São Paulo, Brazil, led the Stars with five shots. OCU fell to 5-6, 0-3 in Sooner Athletic Conference men's soccer.
Texas Wesleyan moved to 3-10, 2-2 in the SAC, picking up their first win away from home on the season.
Andre Salvador, a senior from São Bento do Sul, Brazil, remained in goal for the entire game and recorded three saves for the Stars. Claudio Barraza (2) and Julius Williams scored the goals for the Rams.
OCU will host John Brown (Ark.) on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Brian Harvey Field.
