OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University overwhelmed Bacone 11-3 and 11-0 on Tuesday in the Stars' home and conference opener this season at Ann Lacy Stadium.
Kali Pugh sparked OCU with two doubles and five RBIs in the first game, while Leslie Miller recorded seven strikeouts and allowed two hits in five shutout innings game two. OCU, ranked sixth in NAIA softball, improved to 7-0 on the season and 2-0 in Sooner Athletic Conference play.
