OCU finishes tied for 11th in Red Wolf Intercollegiate

The Stars tied for 11th place with Oral Roberts and Tennessee State

Clark Collier finished tied for eighth in par-3 scoring in the Arkansas State Red Wolf Intercollegiate.
JONESBORO, Ark. – Second-ranked Oklahoma City University fired a final-round 293 to finish tied for 11th in the Arkansas State Red Wolf Intercollegiate Tuesday at RidgePoint Country Club.
The Stars, ranked No. 2 in NAIA men's golf, shot 298-294-293-885 on the par-72, 6,565-yard course and finished in a tie for 11th with Oral Roberts and Tennessee State. OCU ended 37 shots behind tournament winner Arkansas-Little Rock.
Senior Taylor Artman, of Norman, Okla., carded 75-76-70-221 to finish 12 shots behind tournament champion Sawyer Radler of Arkansas State. Radler won a sudden-death playoff against Graham Sleigh, of Tennessee-Martin, and Charlie Ewing and Will Snipes of Vanderbilt.
Senior Clark Collier, of Edmond, Okla., shot 74-73-75-222 and junior Sondre Ronold, of Stavanger, Norway, fired 75-71-76-222 to finish 13 shots out of first place.
James Marchesani, a sophomore from Rosebud, Victoria, Australia, finished with 74-76-73-223 and junior Michael Palmer of Johannesburg, South Africa, shot 78-74-74-226. Elliot Groves, a senior from Winchester, Hampshire, England, carded 72-74-74-220 and finished 11 shots out of first while playing unattached.
The Stars will return to action in the ULM/Wallace Jones Invitational on April 9 in West Monroe, La.
