Distinguished OCU softball alum Lindsey Voss Hardaway joined the staff as pitching coach prior to the 2026 season.
Hardaway has been giving pitching lessons for over 25 years and has coached at Putnam City West High School, Yukon High School and Hefner Middle School.
She played at OCU from 2000-03 with three NAIA titles. She earned NAIA Pitcher of the Year and National Tournament MVP. Hardaway is a three-time All-American and four-time Scholar Athlete, and she holds the OCU record for strikeouts.
Hardaway graduated from OCU in 2003 with degrees in journalism and nursing. She worked four years as a registered nurse in the NICU at Mercy Hospital and has spent the past 11 year in the pre-op department of surgery.
She and her husband, Paul Hardaway, have three boys: Brady, Blake and Drew.
