Bridges played high school basketball for the Classen Comets of Oklahoma City, where he was an AAU All-American and his team finished third in the nation his junior year, then won a state championship his senior year. 
 
The former State of Oklahoma “Player of the Year” attended the University of Missouri and played on a team ranked number one in the nation. Prince finished his three-year career at the University of Missouri as the No. 3 all-time assist leader, two Big 8 regular season championships, a tournament championship, three trips to the post season with two NCAA appearances, once as a number one seed and trip to the Elite 8. Prince finished his collegiate career with a record of 100 wins and 30 losses.  
 
Drafted by the Denver Nuggets of the NBA in 1984, he competed there and in the Continental Basketball Association.
 
After a 12-year career in corporate America with State Farm Insurance, he started Bridging the Gap, a training program focused on fundamentals, skill development, scoring, offensive moves and footwork. 
 
Working in Texas, Missouri and Canada, he has trained hundreds of professionals, collegiate, All-City, All-Conference and All-State players.
 
Bridges has played for three Hall of Fame coaches at the high school, college and professional levels, which has been a unique, exciting, and sound experience for Prince.  
 
Bridges earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is married to Bobbi Bridges, the Associate Head Softball coach for Oklahoma City University.
