2016-17
• Turned in a time of 17:47.8 to win the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree
• Ran a school-record time of 16:16.81 to win the Chile Pepper Festival
• Won the NAIA Mid-States Classic with a 16:50.2
• Captured the individual crown while breaking the Sooner Athletic Conference Championships record at the SAC women’s cross country championship
• Took home U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association South Central regional honors
• Ran the fastest time ever in the NAIA women's championships 5,000-meter race by 17 seconds
• First Star in school history to win the individual title in women's cross country
• Part of the distance medley team that won the Pittsburgh State Invitational
• Set the Oklahoma City University and Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic women's indoor mile records and broke the OCU record in the 3,000 meters at the Pittsburgh State Gorilla Classic
• Won the 800-meter run in the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 2:14
• Part of distance relay team that captured the 3200-meter relay title and set school-record time of 9:11.95 in the NAIA women's indoor track and field championships
• Won the most valuable performer award at the NAIA Indoor Championships
• SAC & NAIA women’s cross country runner of the week for Sept. 19-25
• SAC & NAIA women’s cross country runner of the week for Sept. 26-Oct. 2
• SAC & NAIA women’s cross country runner of the week for Oct. 17-23
• OCU Best Comeback Award for making up a 10-second deficit with 400 meters to go to win the 3,000 meters in the NAIA indoor track & field championships
• 2016-17 Jim Wade Award nominee for women’s cross country/track & field
• NAIA women’s cross country all-American
• NAIA track & field all-American
• NAIA Individual National Champion in the one-mile and 3,000 meters

• First in UC Irvine Invitational with 17:14 for Southwestern (Calif.)
• Won UC Riverside Invitational with 20:28
• Ran 20:13 for runner-up in UC Stanford Invitational
• Took first in Riverside Invitational with 16:35
• First in Mt. San Antonio Invitational with 16:14
• Won Southwestern Invitational with 16:27
• Took first in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Championships with 16:11
• First in So Cal Championships with 17:02
• Finished with first-place 17:02 in Cal State Championships
• Won California Community College Athletic Association track & field most outstanding athlete
