OCU Absorbs First Loss

SHREVEPORT, La. – Oklahoma City suffered its first women's soccer loss of the season, falling at LSU-Shreveport, 4-2, on Thursday.
 
The Stars tied the game at 1-1 in the 36th minute on a goal by McKenzie Lehnus and the contest went to half tied.
 
The Pilots scored three goals before OCU added the final tally – a goal by Jade Flower with an assist by  Anna Steenbekkers.
 
Candela Blanco had 12 saves in goal.
 
Now 4-1, the Stars visit LSU-Alexandria at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
