OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City is back in action this week in men's soccer, visiting Friends University in Kansas at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
 
The Stars are 1-0-1 after a 1-0 win over No. 21 Baker on Sunday.
 
Wednesday will be the season opener for the Falcons, who were 4-12-2 last season. The Stars won last season's meeting 2-0 in Oklahoma City.
 
Friends is picked sixth in the KCAC preseason poll. Andrea Michael Xibilia is the Falcons' returning All-KCAC performer, with Jose Quiel serving as the top returner in points scored from last season. Xibilia had six goals last season and Quiel had four goals and five assists.
 
The Stars' defense has been stellar this season, allowing no goals in two matches. Vittorio Di Carlo and Pieri Mack have combined for 17 saves.
 
OCU is 10-1-1 all-time in the series with Friends.
