OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City came up on the short end of a 16-12 contest against Friends on Tuesday.

The Stars had 12 runs on 12 hits, led by
Wyatt Pace with three.
Aiden Alexander,
Brittain Brewer,
Aiden Van Rensum and
Will Ellis had two hits each.

OCU tied the game at 2-2 in the first inning with RBI singles by Brewer and Pace and took a 6-3 lead in the fourth when
Eli Hill had a two-run single,
Cooper Holtorf had a sacrifice fly and
Heath Brown executed a squeeze bunt.

The Falcons took the lead for good with an eight-run fifth inning.

Pace had a two-run home run in the fifth, Brewer had an RBI single and
Trent Baker added an RBI fielder's choice in the eighth. Ellis added a solo home run in the ninth.
