OKLAHOMA CITY –
Avery Ashley of No. 15 Oklahoma City University has been named the KCAC/Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Wrestler of the Week, the KCAC conference office announced Tuesday. Ashley was selected for her performances from Jan. 5-11 by a vote of the conferences' Sports Information Directors. The KCAC and Sooner merged to one national qualifying group in women's wrestling in 2025-26, and have chosen to honor one Women's Wrestler of the Week between the two conferences. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented byÂ
