OKLAHOMA CITY – All seven available Oklahoma City players scored in double figures and the Stars defeated Hesston 96-36 on Friday.

Injuries limited OCU for the game with a few players held out as precautions.

OCU shot 54 percent from the field and 82 percent from the free throw line for the game. The Stars never trailed.

"We definitely had some players who had to play big minutes and they did what they needed to do," said OCU Head Coach
Alexis Lawrence. "I felt like we played a lot of team ball."

Lauren Rowan and
Victoria Ososanya led the Stars with 16 points apiece.
Desiree White added 15,
Brooke Curry had 14,
Amanda Sene Da Cruz scored 13 and
Monica Devine and
Weronika Tomaszuk added 11 each.

The Stars had 24 assists, led by Rowan and Sene Da Cruz with five each. Sene Da Cruz also had a team-high nine rebounds and six steals.

The game ended the calendar year for OCU. The Stars are back in action on Jan. 8 when they host Langston at 6 p.m.
