OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City turned away Texas Wesleyan in Sooner Athletic Conference men's soccer on Saturday, 2-1,
 
Ethan Taylor and Harrison Knight both scored goals and assisted on each other's opportunities for the Stars.
 
Taylor got OCU on the board in the 29^th minute for the game-winner.
 
The Stars went ahead 2-0 when Knight found the net in the 62^nd minute.
 
Texas Wesleyan got its lone goal when Peter Tornio gathered the rebound from an Alexis Bertrand save and scored in the 65^th minute.
 
TWU outshot the Stars 17-8 with Bertrand collecting six saves.
 
Bernardo Duarte had OCU's only other shot on goal.
 
The win gives OCU 11 points in the SAC standings and in a tie for second with Mid-America Christian.
 
The Stars host Nelson at 6:30 p.m. next Saturday.
