Robeaux from OCU takes third in Arkansas Invitational

Robeaux, Todorovic grab top-five showings

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma City University's Brendan Robeaux and Milan Todorovic posted top-five finishes in the 800 meters in the Arkansas Invitational on Friday at the Tyson Center. 

Robeaux turned in a third-place showing, while Todorovic came in fourth for the Stars. Tate Smithhart from Oklahoma City took seventh in the 800. 

Robeaux, a sophomore biomedical sciences major from Mustang, Okla., covered the 800 in 1 minute, 55.49 seconds. Jackson Cichon of Texas-Arlington had the winning time of 1:51.92. 

Todorovic, a senior computer science major from Belgrade, Serbia, finished in 1:55.90. Smithhart's time was 1:56.25. 

OCU will send runners to the Houston Marathon on Sunday. The Stars will return to the track in the NAIA JUCO Invitaitonal on Jan. 21 in Pittsburg, Kan.
