SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. – Oklahoma City University dropped a 4-0 decision to John Brown (Ark.) on Monday evening at Alumni Field in the Sooner Athletic Conference women's soccer tournament semifinals.
The Stars went to 9-4 on the season. John Brown, ranked 12th in the NAIA, reached the SAC Tournament championship match Thursday at Alumni Field.
John Brown took 13 shots to OCU's seven. Sofia Carvajal Granados, McLain Moss and Hailey Terrell each fired two shots for the Stars.
Sienna Carballo scored the match's first goal in the 24th minute. Carballo notched her second hat trick of the season. Megan Hutto gave John Brown a 2-0 lead in the 47th minute.
Oklahoma City's Josie Knox grabbed four saves, two in each half.
