• Oklahoma City University will look to derail high-scoring Sooner Athletic Conference foe Southwestern Christian
Bo Overton collected his 150th career win coaching women's college basketball Saturday. He has a 150-69 mark in seven years as a head women's basketball coach
• The Stars have gotten off to their best start since 2011-12, when OCU went 14-0 to begin the season

ABOUT THE STARS
• The Stars pounded Southwestern Assemblies of God (Texas) 85-70 on Saturday evening in Waxahachie, Texas. OCU (13-0, 6-0) piled up 46 points in the paint
• Mallory Lockhart, a 5-foot-8 sophomore from Keller, Texas, tallied 19 points while knocking down 7 of 8 shots from the field and 4 of 5 3-point attempts. Lockhart provides OCU with 17.2 points and 2.2 assists per game with a 44.2 percent 3-point shooting percentage
• Abby Selzer, a 6-2 sophomore from Thomas, Okla., notched 19 points and three rebounds in 20 minutes of play. Selzer contributes 16.0 points and 4.8 rebounds a contest with a 64.5 percent field-goal percentage
• OCU sinks 78.8 percent from the foul line to lead NAIA Division in team free-throw percentage. Lockhart tops the country in 3-pointers hit per game (4.39). To see how the Stars rank among the nation's statistical leaders, click here
• Oklahoma City rose to second in the most recent NAIA Division I rankings. The Stars reached the NAIA Tournament for the 22nd consecutive year and for the 25th time overall last season. OCU has captured nine national championships in 1988, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017
• OCU was chosen tied for first in the SAC preseason coaches' poll. The Stars took their 19th SAC regular-season championship last season. OCU has won or shared nine of the last 10 league titles, going 225-22 (.911 winning percentage) within SAC play since 2007-08
• The Stars lead the all-time series 13-0
• Oklahoma City crushed Southwestern Christian 95-37 at Abe Lemons Arena in the last time out between the two teams. Selzer served as OCU's ring leader with 21 points and seven rebounds
 
ABOUT THE EAGLES
• Southwestern Christian fell to Texas Wesleyan on Saturday in Bethany, Okla. Southwestern Christian (10-3, 3-3 SAC) committed 22 turnovers, which Texas Wesleyan converted into 26 points
• Thamires Andrade, a 5-10 junior, had a season-best 20 points to go with five rebounds, four assists and two steals. Andrade averages 12.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.00 steals per game
• The Eagles sink 48.1 percent from the field and 41.6 percent from 3-point range to lead NAIA Division I in both categories
• Southwestern Christian stood 10th in the preseason SAC coaches poll
 
MEET THE COACHES
Bo Overton (128-22, fifth season with OCU)
• Led Stars to a 33-5 season with a trip to the NAIA Division I Championship Tournament title game in 2018-19
• Overton has coached five all-Americans while at OCU, including Daniela Wallen, the 2017 NAIA Division I player of the year, and 
Daniela Galindo, the 2018 WBCA NAIA player of the year
• Overton served as an assistant coach for the Chinese national team in the 2012 Olympic games
• From 1998-2004, Overton served as an assistant for Oklahoma. The Sooners made five NCAA Tournament appearances during that time, with a 2002 NCAA runner-up finish and Final Four berth. He also earned three Big 12 regular-season titles and two conference tournament championships throughout his six years
 
Mark Arthur (68-74, fifth season with Central Christian)
• Arthur previously coached the Southwestern Christian men's basketball program for 20 years until he stepped down to become full-time athletic director in 2012
• The Eagles reached the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Central Region title game for the third consecutive year last season
• In 2008, the court in Pickens-Springer Gymnasium was named 'Mark Arthur Court' in recognition of Arthur's achievements at SCU. He was inducted into the SCU Hall of Fame in 2013
