Galindo nailed a 3 and pocketed a steal that led to a transition bucket to cap the Stars' 17-2 game-opening run with 4:18 left in the first quarter.
In the fourth period, OCU built a 28-point advantage for its largest lead of the day. Hill sank a jump shot in the lane to punctuate a 9-0 surge that put Oklahoma City ahead 77-49 at the 6:54 mark.
